Pawvana Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pup to love every purchase! If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Please note:
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
Because our products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment center, we don’t currently accept “change of mind” returns.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
